D | 本次活动题材不限，建议聚焦四大创作题材：一是公益民生变迁，聚焦体彩公益金赋能的乡村操场、社区健身角、公共体育设施升级等民生变化；二是暖心公益瞬间，捕捉体彩志愿服务、邻里帮扶、爱心助力等温情画面；三是全民健身活力，记录三晋百姓参与体育运动、昂扬向上的精神风貌；四是三晋山河之美，描摹山西山水人文风光，展现公益赋能下的地域崭新面貌。

E | 本次赛事评审阵容专业权威、奖项丰厚暖心。11月上旬，主办方将邀请资深摄影专家、主流媒体代表、高校专业教师组成权威评审团，按照公平、公正、公开的原则对参赛作品进行专业评审；11月下旬将举办线下成果展示活动，集中呈现获奖及优秀参赛作品。奖项设置：金质收藏1名（5000元收藏礼包）、银质收藏2名（3000元收藏礼包）、铜质收藏3名（1000元收藏礼包），收藏礼包含稿酬及定制纪念品；另设优秀作品奖20名（200元稿酬）、人气作品奖30名（100元稿酬）。
