二 | 新增14级船只建造，在新海域城市的造船所中追加可建造船只。战斗方面，废墟灯塔新增第10层，并新增可扫荡历史通过最高层功能；新增区域强敌与地区NPC；全新讨伐内容——"阿兹特克的最后一任皇帝"夸乌特莫克讨伐战上线。此外新增船只成就与发现物收集内容。

三 | 图5.jpg 【总理系统：全新国家治理玩法上线】本赛季重磅上线全新系统玩法"总理"，玩家可通过港口投资获得投票权，参与国家管理权的更替。每任总理任期为2周，依次经历"竞选投票—正式执政—换届选举"三个阶段。候选人需先提出当选后的治理目标，随后由国家成员进行投票，投票期结束后得票者将成为本届总理。
